We provide content writing, SEO, guest posting, and website development services as described on our service pages and in individual client agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for your engagement are confirmed separately in a proposal, invoice, or statement of work.

Plans are billed on the cadence stated at purchase (monthly or one-time, depending on the service). Work begins once payment is confirmed. Our Refund Policy governs cancellations and eligibility for refunds and takes precedence for those matters.

Once paid in full, completed deliverables (articles, website code, design assets) transfer to you for your use. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Our own site content, branding, and methodology remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

You're responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and any access (CMS logins, hosting, brand assets) needed to complete the work. Delays on your end may shift delivery timelines accordingly.

We work to deliver measurable results, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes, search engine algorithms and markets are outside our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
