Refund Policy

For monthly plans (content writing, SEO, guest posting), you may cancel a project before work has started for a full refund. Once our team has begun research, writing, outreach, or development on your deliverables, that portion of the fee is no longer refundable.

For one-time website development packages, deposits paid to reserve project scope and timeline are non-refundable once design or development work has begun. Refunds for unstarted work are issued within 5 business days of a cancellation request.

Recurring content and SEO plans renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by emailing us, work already delivered in the current cycle is not refunded.

If a deliverable doesn't meet the agreed brief, we'll revise it at no additional cost. Refund requests based on quality are evaluated case-by-case against the original scope and brief, not personal preference after approval.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times beyond that point are outside our control and depend on your bank or card provider.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
